We are looking for individuals with a keen interest in Fabrication to join our skilled team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and eager individual to gain experience, an industry recognised qualification and secure a career in Fabricating.
The successful post holder will gain valuable experience in the steel industry and have the opportunity to work with major companies across the country and work on an enviable list of high profile projects.
The Role
You will develop the skills required to read engineering drawings, operate a range of machinery, and fabricate structures to a very high standard.
You will either join a structured Apprenticeship Programme, completing an appropriate NVQ, or be offered an in-house qualification.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn with a positive energy and attitude.
Your normal working days will be Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). 07.15am to 04.00pm Monday to Thursday and 07.45am to 2.00pm on a Friday.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be dependent on any prior experience but will be in the region of £11.00 – £13.00, and we offer a competitive benefits package including company pension, sick pay scheme, health plan, cycle to work scheme, option to purchase additional holidays and overtime is also generally available.
