Efficient Fabrication
Our manufacturing processes are designed to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
Through digital integration, improved planning and continuous monitoring, we reduce material usage, energy consumption and operational inefficiencies.
CNC Integration
CNC machines are fully integrated with our drawing office software, eliminating errors and reducing material waste through precision programming.
Just-in-Time Manufacturing
Steel is supplied from distribution centres in planned ‘Lots’ via a software link with suppliers, vastly reducing lead times and on-site stockpiling.
Waste Reduction
Commission of new software to reduce scrap from plasma and FBD machines. Active campaign to collect and return timber packers from sites for reuse at our fabrication facility.
Maintenance & Monitoring
Maintenance regimes developed with Ayton Consultants to continuously monitor and reduce gas usage and associated charges across all our facilities.
