Unit 3 is the next phase of the Wellington Place development in Leeds city centre.
3 Wellington Place is the third building to be supplied by Billington Structures for the new development in Leeds city centre. Billington Structures supplied the structural steelwork frame for this latest phase. Having already completed buildings 5 & 6, building 3 is next phase of the development to be completed for Wates Construction.
Building 3 will offer 10,200 square metres of prime office space over five upper floors and a restaurant and retail outlets at ground floor level. The energy efficient project, which also features an underground car park, is set to achieve an 'Excellent' BREEAM rating.
Once complete, the Wellington Place site will boast a total of 140,000 square metres of commercial, retail, leisure and residential space. Developer MEPC says it will be one of the biggest and most prestigious new city centre business quarters in Europe.
