Over the years, we have worked hard to develop this relationship, amongst others. This has been a driving force in the development of our just-in-time manufacturing and electronic trading systems. We have celebrated over 20 successful years with British Steel since the partnership was established in 1993. Any business can only be as good as its suppliers. As part of our Quality Systems, we carry out regular appraisals on all our supplier and sub-contractors. In all the key areas, partnering arrangements are encouraged to explore ways of gaining mutual benefit.
